Menu: First Course: Trio of Tostones: Salmon Poke: Mango, ponzu, crispy shallots | Yellowfin Tuna Poke: Ginger, shiso, macadamia | Char Siu Pork Belly: Miso caramel, pickled slaw.

Second Course: Lilikoi-Glazed Shrimp, coconut polenta, microgreens.

Third Course: Soy-Braised Short Rib, Garlic taro mash, broccolini, crispy leeks.

Dessert: Tropical Cheesecake Lilikoi, macadamia crust, hibiscus syrup

Vegan option available, must be pre-ordered! Vegan Menu:

First Course: Hamachi-Inspired Crudo Hearts of palm, citrus, avocado, sesame, crispy taro.

Second Course: Trio of Tostones Plantain cups filled with spicy jackfruit, mango-avocado salsa, and sesame-marinated mushrooms.

Third Course: Charred Cauliflower Steak Miso glaze, truffle mashed potatoes, roasted bok choy, soy-ginger sauce.

Dessert: Coconut-Lilikoi Panna Cotta Tropical fruit compote, macadamia crumble.

Includes: Ticket includes drinks (specialty cocktails, beer, & wine), 3 course meal, dessert, live music, & an unforgettable ambiance.

Logistics: Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of the event. Please list your party name to be seated next to friends or family. No changes on the seating chart up to two days before the event. Dress to be outdoors on a working farm; check the weather & wear closed toed shoes & pants to be most comfortable. Tree House is a non-smoking, pet free space. Parking attendants will direct you upon arrival.
