Owned & operated by a husband & wife team, Jake & Pam Hund, ensure every detail is thoughtfully curated & planned with ease. We take pride in our work & LOVE what we do. We personally touch every part of the experience.
Tree House started in 2020 shortly after Pam & Jake were married. The process of planning our own wedding left us realizing there was a huge need for a beautiful venue locally & we just so happened to know a place. Pam’s family farm was a nature centric slice of paradise just waiting for an opportunity to share itself with the world. Pam designed Tree House on a scratch piece of paper & then Pam, Jake, & Pam’s Dad built the venue themselves during COVID.
We have a small team who we have been fortunate to acquire over time & they are like family to us. We celebrate our local community through partnerships that make it all happen such as catering, music, makers, & event artists of all kinds.
Agriculture, farm land
Tree House got its’ name because it’s in the middle of a Tree Farm. Our 10-acre farm is home to a variety of palm trees, Lychee trees, & a cut-flower farm.
We grow tropical palms like Christmas, Foxtail, Chinese Fan Palms, Arecas & more. These palms are grown for wholesale. We have 5 acres of Lychee trees with 63 trees that are more than 25 years old! Lychee fruit are very rare & highly anticipated each June. The Lychees are also grown for wholesale.
We also have a micro flower farm. The flower field is visible from the venue with flowers dancing in the golden sunset light. Pam is a farmer florist with a goal to grow all her own blooms to use for weddings & events.

Pam Hund
FOUNDER
A Vero Beach native, Pam is proud to have created a business on her family farm that is the perfect combination of being in nature, creativity, design, & celebrating what is most important in life.
She is a Jack (or Jill) of all trades who dreamed, designed, built, manages, operates, plans, & does all the behind the scenes to make Tree House the best it can be. She is lead planner, Flower Farmer, artist, designer, marketer, biz operations, content creator, etc. She is all about setting the stage for good energy & positive life experiences.
When she's not working she enjoys gardening, exploring in nature, art, reading, good food, cooking, traveling, & most of all, hanging with her family & two sons.

Jake Hund
OWNER OPERATOR
Originally from South Carolina, Jake has a permanent smile, happy demeanor & he's never met a stranger. He has a background in hospitality & sales.
At Tree House, he’s the hands-on guy. Jake maintains our 10-acre Tree farm, does all the heavy lifting, property maintenance, manage events, lead sales guy, & literally any behind the scenes to make your dreams a reality. He aims to make hosts & guests happy & truly enjoy their Tree House experience.
Outside of work, he is very active & plays every sport including golf, softball, soccer, surfing, fishing, hunting & more. His ideal day is going for a surf, eating $2 tacos, enjoying a cold cerveza & cruising with his family.

Katie Kaminski
WEDDING PLANNER
Katie has been with Tree House since 2020. She has managed over 100 events with us & is AMAZING.
Think of Katie like a duck, calm & peaceful above water but her feet are moving a million miles an hour behind the scenes. She takes care of ALL THE THINGS. She will be your BFF & personal assistant for the day. Katie is genuine, sincere, an all around great human, excellent at handling all scenarios, & somehow predicts all your needs. She works hard with a genuine smile on her face! Fun fact, she's bi-lingual too.
When she's not working she loves travel, being outdoors, plants!, yoga, her dog, family, & good eats.
