Menu: First Course: Hamachi Crudo Citrus, avocado, sesame, crispy taro.

Second Course: Miso-Roasted Eggplant Charred Japanese eggplant, tahini-yuzu dressing, toasted sesame.

Third Course: Char Siu-Glazed Pork Belly Slow-braised, crispy skin, truffle mashed potatoes, roasted bok choy, pickled ginger-carrot slaw, soy-ginger reduction.

Dessert: Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Brown sugar rum caramel, coconut cream, macadamia brittle.

Vegan option available, must be pre-ordered! Vegan Menu:

First Course: Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio Basil oil, pickled shallots, sesame crunch, Hawaiian sea salt.

Second Course: Grilled Asparagus Salad Charred asparagus, citrus vinaigrette, crispy chickpeas, microgreens.

Third Course: Miso-Glazed Eggplant Steak Forbidden rice, roasted bok choy, pickled ginger slaw, soy reduction.

Dessert: Chocolate Haupia Tart Silky coconut chocolate, toasted coconut flakes, macadamia praline.

Includes: Ticket includes drinks (specialty cocktails, beer, & wine), 3 course meal, dessert, live music, & an unforgettable ambiance.

Logistics: Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of the event. Please list your party name to be seated next to friends or family. No changes on the seating chart up to two days before the event. Dress to be outdoors on a working farm; check the weather & wear closed toed shoes & pants to be most comfortable. Tree House is a non-smoking, pet free space. Parking attendants will direct you upon arrival.
